Corrections and removal requests

Every record here is copied from a state agency's public file. If something is wrong, the fastest fix is at the source: once the agency updates its file, our next weekly update picks it up.

• DBPR licenses: update your name or address in your DBPR online account at myfloridalicense.com.
• Insurance licenses: update your record with the Department of Financial Services through MyProfile.
• Health licenses: update your record through the Department of Health's MQA Online Services portal.

If our page doesn't match the agency's current record, or you have another concern about a page, email admin@floridalicenselookup.com with the page's address. We show city and county only, never a street address, phone number or email.
